We’ll dig into topics covering how altitude and cold-season harvests influence the flavors and availability of wines and cheeses from the US and Europe. Our theme will inspire a bespoke menu from Chef Chris Vergara at Saint George Bistro, with a course to accompany each wine and cheese pairing.
