Join Westchester Foodies’ Claudia Ossa and Bloomy Cheese & Provisions’ Jessica Galen for an engaging introduction into the world of cheese. We’ll explore all the big questions like the differences between cheeses made from cow, goat and sheep milk; domestic and imported cheeses; raw vs. pasteurized; the history of women in cheesemaking; and, can you eat the rind? We’ll pair the cheeses with some fabulous wines and other accompaniments to round out the experience.

Your ticket includes four cheeses, wine pairings, and accompaniments.
